How to subscribe?
- Go to the product page, under "Purchase options", select "Subscribe & save".
- Key in your desired quantity.
- Click "Add to cart".
- Click "Check out".
- Fill in Contact, Address, and Payment information.
- Click the checkbox "I understand that I'm agreeing to a subscription. It will renew at the price and frequency listed until it ends or is cancelled."
- Click "Pay now".
- If the monthly subscription fee is charged on Thu - Mon,
- delivery will be on the earliest Wednesday.
- If the monthly subscription fee is charged on Tue- Wed,
- delivery will be on the following Wednesday (i.e next week).
- Timing will be between 11am-9pm.
- Simply spend $80 and above and delivery is free.
- There will be a $10 delivery fee for orders below $80.
- Monthly on the date of initial purchase.
- If your initial date of purchase falls on 31st of the month, the fee will be deducted on the last day of each month (that is, on the 30th during months that do not have 31 days and on 28 Feb).
- Visa and Mastercard only.
- Once you select the flavour and quantity and cart out under the subscription option, all future orders will be fixed based on this initial order.
- You will never run out of CHU!
- Save time as you no longer need to order online or travel to the supermarkets to purchase.
- If you have created an account, you are a member of the CHU Rewards Program and you will earn CHU Points after every successful auto-payment monthly.
- You can cancel anytime.
- If you have created an account, then you will be able to view subscriptions by logging into your account.
- If you do not have an account, you can still view or cancel your subscription through the link you receive in the subscription email.
- You can cancel the subscription in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link you receive in each subscription email.
- Please note that there is a minimum period of 2 months before the subscription can be cancelled.
