Superior Fish Maw Soup Recipe - CHU Collagen Recipe


1L CHU Chicken Collagen Soup
250ml water
10 pieces of small dried scallops
5 pieces of fish maw
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon goji berry
White pepper to taste
Hokkaido scallops (optional)
Abalone (optional)
Shimeji mushrooms (optional)


  1. Soak fish maw and dried scallops in hot water for 10 minutes. Rinse with clean water and set aside. 
  2. Add CHU Collagen and water into pot. Bring it to boil.
  3. Add dried scallops and shaoxing wine. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Add in everything else - fish maw, Hokkaido scallops, abalone, mushroom, goji berries and pepper.
  5. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
