Superior Fish Maw Soup Recipe
1L CHU Chicken Collagen
10 pieces of small dried scallops
5 pieces of fish maw
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon goji berry
White pepper to taste
Step 1: Soak fish maw and dried scallops in hot water for 10 minutes.
Rinse with clean water and set aside.
Step 2: Add CHU Collagen and water into pot. Bring it to boil.
Step 3: Add dried scallops and shaoxing wine. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add in everything else - fish maw, Hokkaido scallops, abalone, mushroom, goji berries and pepper.
Step 5: Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
