Superior Fish Maw Soup Recipe
Serves 3-4 pax
1L CHU Chicken Collagen Soup
10 pieces of small dried scallops
5 pieces of fish maw
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
1 tablespoon goji berry
White pepper to taste
Hokkaido scallops (optional)
Shimeji mushrooms (optional)
- Soak fish maw and dried scallops in hot water for 10 minutes. Rinse with clean water and set aside.
- Add CHU Collagen and water into pot. Bring it to boil.
- Add dried scallops and shaoxing wine. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add in everything else - fish maw, Hokkaido scallops, abalone, mushroom, goji berries and pepper.
- Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
