CHU Collagen Laksa Yong Tau Foo Recipe


500ml CHU Collagen Premium Laksa Soup 
200g thick vermicelli
4 pieces stuffed beancurd skin
4 pieces Fuzhou fishball
2 pieces stuffed beancurd
2 pieces stuffed fried beancurd
2 pieces stuffed bittergourd
2 pieces stuffed chili
2 pieces stuffed capsicum


  1. Heat up Laksa Soup. Blanch thick vermicelli in another pot of hot water as per packaging instructions. Drain and set aside. 
  2. Once the soup starts to boil, add all ingredients in and lower the flame. 
  3. Mix well and cook for a few minutes, or until Fuzhou fishballs start to float. 
  4. Add vermicelli in and give it a stir. Cook for 1 minute. 
  5. Serve. 

For an extra kick, add your favourite sambal chili sauce.
