Crab Bee Hoon Recipe Kit

• 1 x 800g Sri Lankan crab
  • cleaned & cracked.
  • killed on the day of delivery for freshness.
• 2 x 500ml CHU Premium Chicken Collagen Soup
• 3 x cloves garlic
• 5 x slices old ginger
• 5 x dried scallops
• 2 x dried sole fish
• 1 x evaporated milk tin
• 2 x tablespoons Shaoxing Wine (Hua Tiao Jiu)
  
• 1 x tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 x Laksa Bee Hoon packet
• 50g dried Ikan Bilis
• 60g unsalted butter

• 500ml water
• 3 x tablespoons canola oil
• 1 x teaspoon white pepper
• Wok
• Wok lid

Serving size: 2 pax (depending on appetite)

• Keep ingredients in fridge.
• Keep crab in freezer.
• On the next day, thaw crab in fridge 3-4 hours before cooking.
• (For food safety reason, do NOT thaw crab in room temperature)
