I chanced upon Chu on a IG ad and thought I’ll give it a try and I’m so glad I did. Not only it’s deep in flavor, the convenience of just heating it for readily available collagen soup make things so easy when cooking.
I had both the collagen and Mala, and both rocks. Only complain is mala is really way to spicy if I don’t dilute it, otherwise in terms of taste and flavor, they are one of the best.
Broth is thick, so good to add some stock. Spicy level is quite high, for those who like, not a problem. Would be better if there could be levels of spiciness to choose from to suit more taste buds.
